Why do I need to use software systems for my accounting and bookkeeping?

The team here at SayCPA has chosen to use software products that are user-friendly and integrate well as a system. We set up the software to make your life easier and save everyone time, including automatic email reminders of important tax deadlines. When you automate your accounting, you can relax and focus on your patients and practice. This also allows us to charge less for our services because the process runs smoothly on its own once we have completed the setup. 

Why do you use QuickBooks Online exclusively?

We have chosen to use QuickBooks Online because it is user-friendly and works well for health care professionals. It also fits perfectly with the processes we have created and is very user-friendly. Plus, you have full access to our expertise in the system, which means we can always offer complete support.  

What other software brands do you use in your services?

We use a selection of software that we know works effectively and efficiently for both service-based entrepreneurs and healthcare professionals managing their own firms. These tools are compatible, user-friendly, and reliable. They all work together to provide you with a seamless user experience.

How often will I be billed for services?

All subscriptions for SayCPA’s services are billed monthly. 

Why do you bill as a subscription-based service vs. at year-end?

Subscription-based billing allows our clients to manage their budgets and provides complete transparency, with no surprise charges or fees at the end of the year. Subscriptions also allow us to allocate our resources better – this helps us meet your needs and keep our promises when it comes to timelines. 

How long is a subscription?

Subscriptions are up to 12 months in length and renewed at your corporate year-end. Once we have completed all your services for the year, you will have the opportunity to review your engagement with us and add or remove services based on your needs for the upcoming fiscal year. We are always happy to meet with you at this time to discuss your goals and how we can help you meet them. 

Who is your ideal customer?

You will receive the greatest benefit from our services if you provide professional services to your clients. Our clients include healthcare professionals, lawyers, engineers, human resources consultants, information technology consultants, and other service based consulting. 

What happens if there are changes to my business that affect the scope of our engagement?

Any small changes such as increased bookkeeping needs or new employees will be updated and agreed upon via email, and reflected in future invoices in the engagement. Any major changes, including a change of year end or a change of service such as moving from no bookkeeping to bookkeeping, may result in the creation of a new engagement. 

How do I pay you?

We’ve partnered with Rotessa to make the payment process as simple as possible. Rotessa collects payment from your account on the same day each month, or upon issuance of an invoice.
